The majority of our clients are real estate investors focusing on yielding/investment properties in general above 10 Mio CHF/EUR. Nevertheless, some of them do consider lower investment amounts.
The marketing strategy is adapted to the type of property and circumstances. Each property is unique. It deserves our unique attention.
Selling or acquiring real estate requires its share of paperwork, gathering all relevant documentation, emails, phone calls, follow-up with the different stakeholders etc.
